Quote requests and booking confirmation

Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking. A booking is confirmed only after we communicate acceptance of the journey, vehicle availability, pickup details and fare arrangements.

Fares and changes

Quoted fares depend on the journey details supplied. Changes to pickup, destination, passenger count, luggage, waiting time, tolls or additional stops may affect the fare. Any applicable fees should be confirmed before travel.

Passenger and accessibility requirements

Maximum passenger capacity is up to 11, subject to vehicle configuration and luggage. Wheelchair-accessible transport must be arranged in advance and suitability confirmed.

Cancellation and delays

Contact us promptly if your plans change. Any cancellation or waiting charges must be communicated as part of the booking arrangements. Airport delays should be reported where possible.
